  • Do you do small orders?

    There is no minimum order value for stock items but please note our minimum carriage and administration charge.

    Small orders for under 100 rosettes that have personalised gold blocked centres will incur an additional charge of £7.50

  • My event is in less than 2 weeks - can you help?

    We will always endeavor to meet your requirement however we may charge up to 20% short notice charge in our busy periods when less than 1 month notice is given.

  • Do the prices quoted include VAT?

    The prices quoted do not include VAT. We areVAT registered so VAT will be added to the order total at the current rate of 20%.

  • How can I pay?

    Payments can be made by BACS or Cheques. Cheques are made payable to "Kilmington Rosettes Ltd"

  • What are the delivery charges?

    Orders collected will be exempt from the charges below and will only be charged £1.00 for packaging. Order handling, packaging and carriage charges UK mainland and Northern Ireland only.

    The prices are for standard postage or parcel post, when a minimum of 1 months notice has been given. Next day delivery or emergency orders will be charged at an increased rate. Please ask if you are unsure.

    Export orders can be sent by Air Mail or Parcel Service. Please ask for details and cost.

  • How can I place an order?

    You can order from out website by e-mailing us at info@krl.uk.com, we endeavour to reply by return to all our e-mail enquiries, and would be delighted to hear from you. Alternatively, you could order by phone or by sending a fax. If you are unsure of any details then please do not hesitate to telephone us - 01985 844950

    When ordering please state the name and date of your event. Please order your rosettes and sundries in plenty of time. We ask for a mimimum of 1 months notice (from date of order to date of dispatch) for printed rosettes, however we will try and accommodate emergency orders during quieter periods.

    Where adequate order time is given we will despatch your order a minimum of 14 days prior to the show date.

    Your order will be acknowledged by return on receipt of your order. Please telephone if you have not heard from us.

    Stock rosettes can usually be dispatched immediately on receipt of payment.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    We offer a further 10% discount on orders of rosettes over 1000 and a 5% discount on orders of rosettes over 500. Further discounts on larger orders may be available. We are more than happy to give you a quote

  • What are the ribbon colours?

    We are able to provide any colour combinations from the colours detailed below. In addition we can offer tartan and spotted ribbon which can be substituted or mixed together to give different tier effects.

    Other colours can be obtained if required for large orders. Colour and pleat swatches are available on request.

    Customised and Printed
    Ribbon printing is available (minimum of 200 metres) in a number of styles and we can print your own club or corporate logo on to any ribbon. Please ask for further details and prices.

    Tartan
    Royal Stewart, Blackwatch. Anderson, Menzies, Mcbeth, Mcleod, Gold Tartan.

    Other
    Metallic lame ribbon can also be obtained. 

    Spotted 
     Ribbon with white spots is available on the standard placing colours (1st - 6th). Spots in gold and other foil colours are also available.

  • What are the centre colours?

    We have a variety of centre sizes available which can be provided blank in a selection of colours, foil backed or full colour. This may contain any wording and / or company logos or motifs

    Blocking Foil

    All ranges detailed are priced for blocking with gold foil.
    Other colours including Black, Blue, Red, Green and Purple may be available, Please do not hesitate to ask if you are looking for a colour not detailed.

    Full Colour Centres
    We can produce full colour centres to match your company logo using specific pantone colours. Please enquire for specific quote.

  • What motifs do you have?

    We have a wide variety of standard motifs covering award placing (1st. 2nd etc) and popular centre wording (Champion, Official, etc).We also have centre blocks depicting most animals or popular activities.

    We are able to produce your own club logo or company emblem as a motif from £30. The motif can be made small enough to go in the middle of the centre leaving room for wording to go around the outside, or if required it can be made to take up all the centre board, which is particularly good for any Company promotions.

  • What tails & fastenings do you have?

    Fastenings
    All prices include brooch pins, safety pins, bridle clips or tapes (except stock and standard range). Adhesive tape also available for use on any promotional items.

    Extra Tails

    An extra tail can be added to any of the rosettes at an additional cost, per rosette of: 

    24mm 4p
    36mm 6p
    48mm 20p (limited colours only, please ask)

    Extra Long Tails

    For each extra inch of 1" wide tail add 1p per tail. 
    Add 2p per inch for 1 1/2" wide tails.

    36mm Wide Tail 

    To replace a 1" wide tail with 1 1/2" wide tail add 5p per tail.

    Tail Gold Blocking

    Gold blocking words on tails.
    Prices include maximum of 15 letters including spaces

    Re-centring, Re-tailing 

    We are able to re-centre and re-tail rosettes out of season if required.
    However, the rosettes must be in good condition.

    An initial set up charge of £3.00 will be charged for re-centring/re-tailing.

    Stars 

    6 points fitted behind a 51mm centre board add 40p to the cost of the rosette. 
    8 points fitted behind a 68mm or oval centre board add 50p to the cost of the rosette. 
    Points added between tiers add 60p per tier to the cost of the rosette.
